Connection Problems

Connection Problems with your computer can consist of the following symptoms:

  • Cannot browse the web
  • Error messages when sending e-mail.
  • Cannot print to a shared printer on your network.
  • Cannot retrieve documents from the network. Red “X, s” on your drive mappings when you open the “My Computer” icon on your desktop.
  • Cannot send or receive email.
  • Unable to open email attachments.
  • Cannot simply log on to your network.
